I am so excited to finally make this vision LIVE for you all! I have a serious passion for WELLNESS, whether that be moving, eating, breathing, living, and I want to share it with all of you.
When it comes to food, I believe what goes inside shows on the outside, we really are what we eat. Living a healthy lifestyle isn't a chore, it is easy if you know how! We can eat the most delicious, flavoursome food without adding tonnes of refined sugar, dairy, wheat, gluten, preservatives, additives and things we can't even pronounce, let alone understand what it is and its purpose!
The lead up to Christmas is so much fun, but it can also get a little overwhelming, it is so important to find a balance between chill time and being productive! So what better way to start our WELLNESS CULINARY SERIES than a morning of Yoga and Christmas gift making!
Come and join me for a magical morning of YOU time and learn to make scrummy healthy treats which you can then gift to family & friends for Christmas! Lovingly, handmade, deliciously tasty Christmas gifts, what could be better?
We will start our Sunday morning with a fun, dynamic Yoga class spiralling our bodies 360 degrees around our mat. Creating space using breath and movement, encouraging this into our everyday lives.
After our yoga session, its time to grab our cups of tea and prepare some delicious Christmas treats! During this session we will be preparing raw and baked goodies. All ingredients & gift wrapping will be provided!
I cannot tell you how excited I am to start this series. This is just the beginning. I so look forward to sharing with you lots of healthy alternatives to your favourite treats and dishes, from breakfasts to dinners.
One of my favourite reasons for running these events is the community that is forming. It is such an amazing opportunity for you to take time for you, to immerse yourself into your yoga practice, to meet new like minded people, to enjoy good food and relax!
