Warm heart, new friends & memories - an unforgettable weekend.

Look at these beautiful girls, I feel so honoured to have shared such a special weekend with them. I cannot believe it has been almost 1 month since my luxury detox yoga retreat! I have been meaning to write about our amazing weekend for so long. I am now finally here!

What a weekend, it was absolutely epic. We were bathed in sunshine all weekend, practiced Yoga at sunrise and under the stars, how lucky were we! The week leading up to the retreat was pretty hectic for me, meal planning, recipe testing, organising and of course goodie bag packing!

Friday early evening the beautiful girls arrived in Salcombe, settled into their rooms, unpacked and hydrated with Water+ from Plenish cleanse.

The retreat had barely started when we all got to share the most magical moment together watching the Harvest full moon rise above the cliff top as if being pulled up by a piece of string. From that moment we were all brought together instantly. Our first dinner together was full of giggles and chatting before our candlelit full moon meditation session.

Saturday morning started with morning Yoga followed by the yummiest brekkie, with Acai bowls from Sambazon, avo on toast, granola and nut milks from Rude Health and Plenish Cleanse, and nut butters from Pip & Nut. Too delicious.

After brekkie we headed out onto the cliffs for a hike in the beautiful sunshine, taking it all in.

Back for a late lunch, we ate the rainbow all weekend! The afternoon was filled with jacuzzi time, reading and relaxing.

The weather was so beautiful we practiced Yoga on the deck, flowing through our Vinyasa practice as the skies darkened and the temperature chilled, snuggling under the softest blankets for Savasana.

After a scrummy dinner, it was time to end the day with our evening candlelit meditation.

Sunday was SUP day! The morning started with SUP YOGA and the girls were so excited! I could not believe it when we had the best conditions I had all summer! I taught a lot of SUP Yoga this summer and this Sunday was just total perfection.

We moved, swam, nailed headstands & giggled our way through the morning, working up a serious appetite for breakfast. Once back at the house it was time to warm up in the Jacuzzi, take some chill time or have a private one-one with me. Time seemed to fly by so fast!

After a late lunch it was time to get back on the ocean, this time for a SUP Skills session with the amazing Marie Buchanan who placed in the top 10 at the ISA World Championships! An absolute powerhouse on a SUP, the girls could not have learnt from anyone better!

From all the SUP'ing, a chilled yoga session followed by a warming dinner was on the cards. Our closing meditation session was pretty sleepy!

Monday morning came around so fast and after our 6am sunrise Yoga session and brekkie it was time to give the girls some Propercorn and Rude Health treats and send them home to London. I have the most incredible memories and so much love for all these amazing ladies, living such busy lives but realising the importance of taking time out and connecting to themselves.

I cannot thank enough the beautiful people behind the amazing brands we had at the retreat, completely spoiling us all and keeping us fed and hydrated. Massive massive thanks to Pip & Nut, Pollen & Grace, Propercorn, Plenish Cleanse, Rude Health, Sambazon, Drink Nuva, Roxy, Pulsin and The Detox Kitchen.
