This 25 minute session flows you through a vinyasa which reaches the whole body. Based around a surfers body this session is a condensed version of the 60 minute vinyasa for those of you who only have 25 minutes to spare. This video will get the whole body moving, releasing softly into the postures, opening and energising the body. Great for a slightly longer pre or post surf or workout stretch too!
